Safe Harbor Data Privacy Policy

E-Speech Corporation receives the following personal information from customers: people's names and optionally email addresses or other identification numbers. E-Speech provides data processing of the names to produce pronunciations in the form of phonetic spellings and audio for the names. E-Speech provides to the customers the phonetic spellings and output either via email or via an E-Speech password-protected website.

E-Speech understands that privacy of information is highly valued by its customers. E-Speech does not disclose any received information or phonetic spellings or audio to anyone outside of E-Speech except for the customer. We will do our best to protect the confidentiality of the received information in accordance with the Safe Harbor Data Privacy Policy. E-Speech does not use the personal information for any purpose other than for providing pronunciations to the customer.

E-Speech Corporation adheres to the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework concerning the transfer of personal data from the European Union ("EU") to the United States as described at

E-Speech complies with the seven Safe Harbor Privacy Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to all such data.

E-Speech monitors its adherence to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles on a regular basis and will address questions and concerns regarding their adherence. E-Speech personnel are informed of the privacy policies and personnel who violate the privacy policies will be subject to disciplinary process.
