Privacy Shield-Compliant Policy Statement

E-Speech Corporation receives the following personal information from customers: (1) names of people and (2) optionally, email addresses or other identification information for the people. E-Speech performs data processing of the names and produces pronunciations for the names, in the form of phonetic spellings and audio. E-Speech provides the customers with the pronunciations either via email or via an E-Speech website that requires a customer-specific password.

E-Speech understands that privacy of information is highly valued by its customers. We will do our best to protect the confidentiality of the received information in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework. E-Speech does not use the personal information for any purpose other than for providing pronunciations to the customer. Further, E-Speech does not disclose the information to any third parties other than those acting on our behalf by hosting our website or providing data backups.

E-Speech is commited to comply with the Privacy Shield Principles. E-Speech monitors its adherence to the Privacy Shield Framework on a regular basis and will address questions and concerns regarding their adherence. E-Speech personnel are informed of the privacy policies and personnel who violate the privacy policies will be subject to disciplinary process.

At least once a year, an authorized representative of E-Speech will certify that this statement is accurate, comprehensive for the information to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and accessible.
